You can expect:

• willingness to grow in this role (at least one year of commercial experience in manual

• knowledge of project management and bug tracking tools

• basic technical vocabulary related to web and mobile app development;

• understanding of basic software development processes, stages, concepts, and methodologies, and how they relate to QA;

• ability to think logically and analytically; diligence; patience;

• ability to work in a group setting, in particular – ability to give and receive feedback;

• good command of English (B2+), fluent Polish.

This is what you need to succeed:

• design and plan test scenarios for end-to-end manual testing;

• report defects and failures;

• design and implement tests for new and existing functionalities;

• grow and maintain testing tools;

• ensure software quality at every stage of its development;

• report on test outcomes;

• work with developers and project managers.

You’ll get some extra points for:

• ISTQB certification

• willingness to grow in the area of test automation

• knowledge of and experience with GIT

• ability to use Chrome DevTools or knowledge of another similar tool for precise bug tracking

• ability to think about applications from a business perspective

• basic knowledge of Scrum
