Who are we?

We’re Gorrion – a software development agency based in Gliwice, Poland. For the past 16 years, we’ve been building custom solutions for innovative companies around the world. With over 200 projects delivered – from MVPs to complex systems – our clients rate us 4.9 on Clutch.

Right now, we’re building a candidate base for upcoming projects – initial conversations are starting now, but only selected candidates will move to the next (technical) stage once the client confirms project kick-off.

We’re looking for someone who not only knows how to manage a project and communicate with clients, but also wants to co-create and shape our delivery team, isn’t afraid of challenges, and can navigate dynamic, fast-changing requirements.

Work is one thing, but we are a team that simply enjoys spending time together. Want to get to know our culture? Check this out:

You can expect:

  • Real influence on projects, processes, and how we get things done.

  • A flat structure and quick decision-making – no corporate layers.

  • A hybrid work model – with at least 2 days per week in our office in Gliwice (onboarding is 100% onsite).

  • Flexible form of cooperation: B2B or UZ (for students under 26).

  • Flexible working hours.

  • Regular 1:1 feedback sessions and development reviews.

  • Chillout space, great coffee, and yerba 🍵.

What will you be doing:

  • Communicating with clients in both Polish and English.

  • Planning the development of applications and co-creating backlogs.

  • Controlling project budgets and ensuring high value is delivered to clients.

  • Working closely with the development team – coordinating their work, supporting good communication, and caring about team well-being.

  • Leading Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews, and plannings.

  • Gathering feedback from the team and identifying opportunities for improvement.

  • Supporting other departments at Gorrion (e.g. helping the growth team with estimations or sales processes).

This is what you need to succeed:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager, Product Owner, or Product Manager.

  • Excellent command of both English and Polish (minimum C1 level).

  • Ability to manage more than one project at a time.

  • Strong relationship-building skills with both clients and the team.

  • Solid communication skills and practical knowledge of Scrum.

  • Willingness to be part of the whole Gorrion team – not just the project team.

  • Openness to feedback and ability to provide it in a constructive way.

  • Confidence in organizing meetings that actually make sense.

  • Comfort with taking responsibility in a fast-changing project environment.

What you get in return:

  • 9 000–15 000 PLN net / month (B2B or UZ for students under 26).

  • Your preferred type of contract (B2B, UZ).

  • Hybrid work setup – at least 2 days a week in our Gliwice office (onboarding is fully onsite).

  • A training budget and team events – both at the office and on the road.

⚠️ Please note: for B2B and UZ contracts we do not provide paid time off.
  • Whether you prefer working in the office or at home, during the day or at night – we’re pretty flexible about these arrangements! ⏰
