What will you be doing:

• Designing aesthetically pleasing, useful, and visually consistent user interfaces for different platforms (web, mobile) and industries,

• Analyzing data, presenting conclusions, and making project decisions based on gathered information,

• Presenting your concepts and projects to team members and stakeholders,

• Actively working together with the project team, product owner, and other stakeholders to define business goals and requirements, as well as understand user needs,

• Creating wireframes and prototypes that will empower everyone to validate ideas and solutions before they are implemented,

• Conducting user research, usability tests, and MVPs to ensure optimal user experience and account for user needs in the project,

• UX/UI designs for new and existing products to consistently improve our solutions,

• Gathering and analyzing user feedback to later use it to identify new product opportunities and measure the success of new features/improvements,

• Independently organizing and planning your workload while accounting for priorities defined by the product owner.

This is what you need to succeed:

• Practical experience: 2–4 years of experience as Product Designer and a portfolio of projects for different industries and platforms (web, mobile),

• Fluent English (C1) that allows you to easily communicate with international clients,

• Ability to find balance between design, business, user, and technical needs to create comprehensive solutions,

• Familiarity with design tools (Figma and Adobe Creative Suite) and experience with prototyping tools,

• Familiarity with UX fundamentals, rules, and best practices that provide you with the essential knowledge to create user-centered designs,

• Solid practical experience in user research, usability testing, and MVP that will allow you to consistently improve our products,

• Confidence in your communication and story-telling skills, ability to effectively convey concepts and ideas in drafts, wireframes, and prototypes,

• Ability to clearly present the solutions you’ve designed in a way that is acceptable to your teammates and stakeholders,

• A sense of aesthetics and typography that allows you to create pleasing and appealing interfaces,

• Ability to self-organize and plan tasks assigned by the product owner.
