Helping to determine application requirements and planning its development.
Determining tasks needed for app development.
Communicating with clients in English.
Collaborating with the dev team, coordinating their work, and making sure that they’re happy and the communication is smooth.
Organizing and leading meetings alongside an experienced PO, such as daily stand-ups, refinement sessions, and planning.
Gathering feedback on team satisfaction and potential improvements.
You have experience in leading projects (related to software development), gained either through a previous job or a student association.
You can work at least part-time (0.5 FTE) within our working hours (8 AM-5 PM) and after 5 PM on weekdays (if the client is based in the USA) from our office in Gliwice.
You understand how the software development lifecycle works.
You have a genuine passion for IT and a desire to grow in this field.
You have excellent English skills (at least C1).
You can build great relationships with clients and the team.
You have outstanding communication skills.
You’re creative and eager to learn new things.
You’re a team player who enjoys sharing ideas and learning from others.
6,000–10,000 PLN net B2B (employer costs for other forms of employment)
