What will you be doing:

• Helping to determine application requirements and planning its development.

• Determining tasks needed for app development.

• Communicating with clients in English.

• Collaborating with the dev team, coordinating their work, and making sure that they’re happy and the communication is smooth.

• Organizing and leading meetings alongside an experienced PO, such as daily stand-ups, refinement sessions, and planning.

• Gathering feedback on team satisfaction and potential improvements.

This is what you need to succeed:

• You have experience in leading projects (related to software development), gained either through a previous job or a student association.

• You can work at least part-time (0.5 FTE) within our working hours (8 AM-5 PM) and after 5 PM on weekdays (if the client is based in the USA) from our office in Gliwice.

• You understand how the software development lifecycle works.

• You have a genuine passion for IT and a desire to grow in this field.

• You have excellent English skills (at least C1).

• You can build great relationships with clients and the team.

• You have outstanding communication skills.

• You’re creative and eager to learn new things.

• You’re a team player who enjoys sharing ideas and learning from others.
